There is no blame on those who are weak or ill to find no resources to spend [in Holy fighting (Jihad)], if they are sincere and true (in duty) to Allah and His Messenger(PBUH). No ground (of complaint) can there be against the Muhsinun(good-doers) And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Quran 9:91
The statement of the Prophet(PBUH)..
"Religion is An-Nasihah ( to be sincere and true) to:
1. Allah [i.e.obeying Him, by fallowing His Religion of Islamic Monotheism, attributing to Him what He deserves and doing Jihad for His sake and to believed in Him, to fear Him much(abstain for all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Him much (performing al kinds of good deeds which He has ordained).
2. to Allah's MesSenger(PBUH) [i.e. to respect him greatly and to believed that he(PBUH) is Allah's Messenger, and to fight on his behalf both on his lifetime and after his death and to fallow his Sunnah (legal way)].
3. to the Muslim rulers [i.e. to help them in their job of leading Muslims to the right path and alarm them if they are headless]. and
4. to all the Muslims (in common) [i.e. to order them for Al- Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism, and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid them from Al- Munkar( i.e. disbelief, polytheism of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden), and to be merciful and kind to them].
And the statement of Allah "If they are sincere and true (in duty) to Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad(PBUH)."
Narrated Jarir bin Abdullah (RA) I gave the Bai'a (Pledge) to Allah's Messenger (PBUH) for the fallowing:
1. Iqamat-as Salat (to perform prayers)
2. To pay Zakat
3. T o be sincere and true to every Muslim [i.e. to order them for Al- Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism, and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid them from Al- Munkar( i.e. disbelief, polytheism of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden), and to be merciful and kind to them].
